#1049 Uphams Wood - Imelda & Coffin - 1 May 2022

There was a lot of maths being discussed in today's trail, most of it involving Paperwork. Below you can seem  him setting a problem at the start of the hash, and later you can see him getting punished for getting the wrong answer. Apparently there was some"sexy algebra" involved... Two words you don't normally hear together.

Our hares were Coffin and Imelda, for another birthday trail. And don't forget we're back again in a couple of weeks for Tampa's birthday lay (with Runnerbean).

It was great to see Dobby and Haggis back at CoE H3, first time in 3 years apparently (although at least two of those years were cancelled due to covid!)

The trail was a little under 4 miles long (for the longs) full of long short splits and loops and turns. Although Imelda was definitely lost at one point, making down arrows in completely the wrong direction, apparently because "coffin laid this bit", although he did know where the sweetie stop was, so we headed directly there in the end

Howling Wilf's dog Albus clearly wanted to be centre of attention, after trying to shag everyone at the start of the trail, and then causing mayhem by the sounds of it, as all we could hear on trail was "Albus, Albus" ... Perhaps a new hash call?

Speedy was attacked by a bear apparently, or some other rubbish, and depending on which sorry you heard, he either rescued some captive school children, or he had his third nipple bitten off.  The truth was rather less exciting, but he did end up with mud on his face, (big disgrace) and some injuries to his tummy.

Thanks to the hares for a great trail. Don't forget to rate it! https://cityofexeterhhh.blogspot.com/p/rate-hash_3.html?m=1

Next week we're at King George V playing fields ( lower car park, i.e. not the one on Topsham Road).

On on!
