The long trail took us around a loop through the town before heading back to the swimming pool and picking up the shorts. For much of the trail we were following the Templer way, and fantastic views back towards the town and beyond. Still quite damp underfoot with water flowing down the path as we approached the sweetie stop in the Brimley area. Great to see that everyone did the short or long, with noone wanting to miss out on the sweeties by doing the walk!!
Coming down through the houses on the final stretch, Hotlips took a bit of a fall that required the first aid kit (the first time it's been used,!) and a trip to the hospital. But all is well after a good enema.
Tampa had a down down for telling everyone about his wet dream (apparently), and Spocky for parking in the wrong place.
Sadly the pool was packed and no chance of a hash swim, apart from the hares who's had the sense to book!
Next week we're at the home of Hotlips and Zoot in Kingsteignton. They'll provide food, BYOB!
