Things to Bring
1.Money and energy (small change would be good)
2.Own sleeping bags/bedding plus pillow
3.Towel etc
4.Wet weather gear just in case
5.Sunday dinner monies at the pub (Bridge Inn Dulverton) cost of main course from restricted menu £7.00 per head. Any surplus funds, if any, may be used to further reduce cost of meal for those who attended weekend.
6.Car sharing would be good as it will reduce the amount of CO2 and help with any parking issues.
7.If you have swine flu please stay away. Suggest you trot off to see the doctor or your nearest vet.
8.Bring a torch for night hash.
BELOW IS A ROUGH GUIDE OF EVENTS ETC
FRIDAY 9 OCTOBER
19.00 hrs approx: Evening hash from Northcombe Farm. Hare Groucho
The hash will be followed by a three course meal with liquid to wash down said meal, at about 20.30 hrs. (Take a shower when you can remembering there are only 4 showers altogether).
Sharing is recommended!!!! - ED
Entertainment to follow until the last man or woman finally puts out the lights.
SATURDAY 10 OCTOBER
09.00 ish Cereal/Cooked breakfast plus tea, coffee and fruit juice.
10.15 ish Team Treasure Hunt from Northcombe Farm (CHILDREN TO PICK TEAM MEMBERS ONLY ONE CHILD PER TEAM) More later.
12.30 ish Lunchtime, making up own sandwiches etc from selection of goodies on offer plus drink of course.
15.00 ish Afternoon hash from Northcombe Farm to where ever the hare decides to take us. This will be the fancy dress hash. The theme is 'Hunters and The Hunted', interpret this however you wish. Hare Spockybitz
17.00 ish Relax even sleep if you desire or if you smell time, for a shower.
19.00 ish Evening three course meal plus drink,medicine all it what you will.
20.00 ish Entertainment followed by same as Friday night.
SUNDAY 11 OCTOBER
09.00 ish Cooked breakfast plus cereals, tea and coffee or fruit juice.
We need to tidy up and be away by 10.45hrs for an 11.00 hrs hash.
11.00 hrs Hash from The Bridge Inn Dulverton, Hare Radiohead
12.15 ish OD In the Bridge Inn food costs £7.00 from our own restricted menu. See menu below for choices and email me asap.
